Your Responsibilties

  • Full ownership of CRM (Salesforce) governance, data quality, and management reporting / KPI frameworks.
  • Drive pipeline transparency, forecast accuracy, and opportunity management across the organization.
  • Create decision‑ready materials and executive presentations for Board and VP level.
  • Translate complex sales, market, and performance data into clear strategic insights and recommendations.
  • Lead sales reporting and review cadences, deriving actions to steer pipeline and market development.
  • Design and execute strategic pipeline and go‑to‑market initiatives in collaboration with regional sales teams.
  • Conduct industry and key account deep dives to support strategic prioritization and investment decisions.

What You Bring

  • Several years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, sales excellence, or similar commercial roles.
  • Experience in industrial, energy, or capital equipment sectors preferred.
  • Proven track record in executive‑level communication, high‑impact presentations, and stakeholder management.
  • Strong experience in sales performance management, pipeline steering, and CRM‑driven environments (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Excellent analytical and structured thinking skills with advanced PowerPoint and storytelling capabilities.
  • Ability to translate strategy into actionable initiatives and drive execution across teams.
